Empowering Change: The Road Ahead
Anar recognizes the unique and complex challenges faced by the Palestinian community living under occupation and oppression, which have resulted in deep wounds and generational trauma.
Our theory of change is focused on empowering Palestinian children, youth, caregivers, and communities impacted by violence and oppression through community-based psychosocial support, healing, and self-expression programs.
By providing a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and emotions, we can promote healing and resilience, which are crucial in addressing the root causes of trauma and oppression in Palestine.
We believe that productive and positive opportunities for children to express themselves can revitalize their sense of purpose so that they become catalysts to lift their peers, families, and the entire community.
